My Story
My name is Helen Powell. I am a Registered Nurse and a health and fitness Coach. I have seen a lot of disease and illnesses, which many are the result of diet and inactivity. I have seen this in my family and I need to do more than illness care. I really want to impact other's health through true health care. Prevention is better than trying to manage illness.
